I stayed at one of the best vacation spots in Northern Wisconsin,  the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rice Lake. 

From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt right at home. One of my favorite parts was that I was able to bring my furry friend with me on my adventure because this hotel is pet-friendly! 

The free full breakfast each morning was an added bonus that helped me start my days off right with a full stomach. 

If I needed anything during my stay, I didn’t have to venture offsite because there is a grocery and convenience store, and shopping all located within the hotel. 

When it was time to unwind, I spent some time lounging in the indoor pool on one of the comfortable sun loungers or soaking in the hot tub.

I was also grateful to have access to air conditioning in my room as well as a laptop-friendly workspace. 

The inclusion of parking ensured that my car was safe and sound during my stay.

I recently visited one of the best ski resorts in Wisconsin and stayed at Bantr in Rothschild, which was conveniently located near the Nine Mile Forest Recreational Area Ski and Snowshoe Trails and the Granite Peak Ski Area. 

The hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including free continental breakfast, on-site shopping, and a beautiful garden that I could enjoy during my downtime. 

I especially loved soaking in the hot tub after a long day of skiing and grilling up some burgers on the barbecue grill. 

When I needed to warm up inside, I took a dip in the indoor pool, surrounded by a separate sitting area.
