This place is adorned with beautiful beaches, such as Playa de Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Vitas.
With its busy marina, Los Cristianos is a great spot for boat excursions. You can even ferry to other Canary Islands, including La Gomera.
There are also plenty of things to do in Tenerife with kids.
As a modern resort town, there are many amenities and a vibrant nightlife, making it the best area in Tenerife if you need to let your hair down!

I love how dynamic this coastal location is, making it one of the best areas to stay Tenerife.
During my trip, I enjoyed plenty of exciting activities, with my favorite being windsurfing and the Atlantic Ocean as a playground!
This area has many great Tenerife all-inclusive adults-only hotels, making it particularly appealing to groups of friends.
If you’re not a watersports fan, don’t worry; there are plenty of other things to do in South Tenerife.
I recommend the hiking trails; you’ll be treated to some of the best views in Tenerife.
My go-to trail is Mount Teide. It’s the highest peak in the country, so it isn’t for the faint-hearted, but boy, it’s worth the effort!

With its vibrant neighborhoods and lively nightlife, the atmosphere here is energizing, intriguing, and always fun.
