Here you will find a chill-out area with a large sofa, a dining area with an electric awning for sun protection in the hottest hours and two extremely comfortable loungers/ maxi cushions. The unique design and all the equipment of this holiday home allows you to feel luxury and comfort at the same time. There is also a laundry room and, for maximum practicality, a private underground parking space. Excellent for sports lovers: guests can leave their sports equipment on the private, enclosed terrace with direct access from the street. As usual in our proposals, fibre optic Wi-Fi connection, international TV channels, bed linen and towels (both with replacements), beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are available and included. Due to the proximity of this residential complex to Tenerife Sur airport, noise disturbances may occasionally occur.
