A variety of building. All seem clean and comfortable. Just upkeep outside maintenance, but just coming off winter so maybe waiting on weather. We stayed in King sofa room. Comfortable bed. Clean, 2 blocks from action, river views and riverwalk right there. Breakfast had hot and cold items. Staff friendly. Parking challenging with extended cab, but doable.

The exterior of the building is a bit dated, but don’t let that stop you from staying at White Rose Inn! The interior of the room was cleaner than any other hotel I’ve stayed at in recent history, and the facilities all worked perfectly. Just a short 5 minute walk from the river and from the downtown. Both the check-in and check-out processes were straightforward.
