Great spacious and comfortable "premium" rooms, extra attention to "premium" visitors. Better breakfast for "premium" suite visitors. Large double bed. Free tennis courts. Plenty of parking space. Well kept surroundings of the hotel. Great value!

Extremely friendly staff, open to help at any time! Very clean and nicely maintained pools and garden area! A big plus that the gym and access to tennis court is free! I was also surprised that we got a good deal for car rental through the hotel, I would not have expected it and it was so convenient to pickup and drop the car right at the hotel parking lot! Spacious balcony with a nice view over the bay at distance. Breakfast buffet was tasty with plenty of choices incl. lots of fresh fruits everyday. For some items you could tell they were from convenience (waffles) that could also have been freshly made

Breakfast and dinner were buffet: everything was available. Each day there was different buffet. Very good quality fresh fruit, also cheese as an option during dinner buffet, next to dessert buffet.

First of all the views to El Teide and to the ocean were incredible. The food was great and a lot to choose from. The rooms very spacious and beds were confortable. The facilities like pools, table tennis, tennis court, pool table, playhouse for kids, evening events for kids and adults were again very welcomed.

Everything! We're traveling a lot, this is by far the best hotel we've been to (for this price, of course). Location, a lot of parking space ( in front and behind the hotel) , pools, FOOD, etc. Everything was just perfect, I really don't understand why this hotel doesn't have better rates :)

The best staff, we are eating really specific kosher food and they did the best! Thay gave all vegetables and fruits the whole and use new fried pot for us, really amazing service! The Jacuzzi the room the teniis and chess everything was great!!

Great hotel with awesome apartment. We had a bathtub AND a jacuzzi in our apartment. Good looking swimming pool area with a nice bar. Great views from the room or the swimming pool. Staff is very nice all the time. Food is good, although it can get repetitive after a while. Fruits are delicious and there's churros for breakfast every morning! We will definitely give back to this hotel in the future.

Suite was very nice with fresh flowers brought daily. View was amazing from the large balcony. All staff very pleasant, particularly reception staff. Jose expedited our check in so we could get some lunch before the restaurant closed and also facilitated a late check out at the end of our stay! Pool area was lovely and adults only pool was large with a wonderful view of Mount Teide!
